Returns Policy

In this unlikely event, Linens may be returned if in a Saleable Condition and with original packing within a period of 2 weeks from date delivered. Regrettably this excludes items of a personal nature such as handkerchiefs. Shipping costs must be borne by the Purchaser with a Signature required on Delivery strongly advised.

In the rare circumstances of an item having a manufacturing imperfection or an error on our part we will refund the postage and replace or refund the linen in question.
